The Resident Promise

Your apartment uses DFW Apartment Group to hear from Residents. These promises are public and part of every Gold agreement.

1. Residents choose whether the office sees their name and unit. Anonymous is always an option.
When you answer a survey, you decide whether the office sees your name and unit. Choose Stay anonymous and the office sees only your answers. Your email is never shown to the office.
2. We never sell or share Resident data.
We don't sell your answers, your email or anything else about you. We share them only with your apartment's office, as you chose, and with the services that run the survey for us.
3. We never market moving to a Gold Apartment's Residents during their lease. Moving help appears only if they ask, or after their lease ends.
While you live at an apartment that uses Gold, we won't send you anything about moving. You'll only see moving help if you ask for it, or after your lease ends.
4. Every vote result is published, and Residents can delete their data at any time.
When a Community Vote closes, its result is posted on your apartment's Resident page. You can delete your survey answers whenever you like; here's how.

How to delete a response

A survey answer

Open your private link. It's on the thank-you screen after you answer, and in your email if you gave and confirmed your address. We can't show it again, so save it.
Tap Delete my answer, then confirm.

Deleting removes your words, name, unit and email, and any conversation with the office about that answer. Only the score (or your Yes, Maybe or No) stays, anonymous, in the office's counts.

A Community Vote

While the vote is open, open your apartment's Resident page on the same phone and tap Take back my vote. Once the vote closes, its result is final. The office sees totals, never which choice was yours.
