Who

Texas real estate agents with an active license. We confirm the license before any fee.

Fee for rentals

25% of the locator fee the community pays us for a Guest you referred. It's paid to your sponsoring broker after we receive it, under a written broker-to-broker referral agreement. We never pay agents directly.

No fee when

• the community doesn't pay;
• the fee is reversed or refunded (we recover it from the next fee, or ask your broker);
• the Guest was already working with us before your referral.

Buyers

A referred person stays linked to you. When they buy, they choose who helps them. With you, a 25% referral fee comes to our broker; with our team, 25% of our side goes to your broker. Each is under a written agreement.

Permission

You only refer people who asked you to connect them with us. We text them once to ask permission and respect STOP.

Privacy

You see each referral's stage, not their personal details.

Ending it

Either side can end it anytime. Fees for leases signed before then are still paid.
