Privacy policy

Effective October 2026. DFW Apartment Group ("we") collects the information you give us to find you an apartment: contact details, move timing, budget, preferences, and optional notes about your rental qualifications.

If you sign in to the portal with Google or Microsoft, we receive your name and email address from that account to confirm who you are. We don't receive your password or your contacts, and we never post anything for you.

How we use it

• To contact you about your search by phone, text, and email.
• To register you as our referral with apartment communities you choose to tour or apply to.
• To pay rebates and referral rewards.
• To improve our service, including aggregate, de-identified reporting about the rental market.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your personal information.
• We share it only with apartment communities you ask us to contact on your behalf, our sponsoring broker as required by Texas law, and service providers that run our systems (hosting, database, email, and text messaging).

If an agent referred you, we let them know how your search is going (just the stage, never your details). Ask us anytime and we'll stop.

Text messages

If you check the text box, DFW Apartment Group texts you about your apartment search: options, tour scheduling, specials and rebate updates. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. For support, email hello@dfwapartmentgroup.com or call (817) 623-0050. We don't share mobile numbers with third parties for marketing. See our SMS terms.

Advertising and analytics

We use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure how our ads perform. They share limited technical data with Meta: device and browser information, the pages you visit on this site, and, when you submit the form, an encrypted (hashed) version of your email and phone number. We don't share your budget, preferred areas, move dates, or notes with Meta.

Meta's use of this data is covered by the Meta Privacy Policy. To opt out of ads based on this activity, update your Meta ad preferences, and use your browser's tracking protection or block third-party cookies.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texting. Use the unsubscribe link in any email. Email hello@dfwapartmentgroup.com to access, correct, or delete your information.
