Who can be a Partner?
Any Texas real estate agent with an active license. Your referral fees go to your sponsoring broker, so we'll ask for your license number and your broker's name when you sign up.
How do I get paid?
Broker to broker, under a short written referral agreement. When the community pays our fee, we send 25% of it to your broker, and your dashboard shows the amount and the date.
When does the fee arrive?
After the community pays us, which usually follows move-in. Your dashboard shows each step, so you're never guessing.
What will you tell the person I refer?
That you asked us to reach out. Our first text is one friendly hello that asks if it's okay to keep texting. If they don't answer, we don't keep texting.
What do I see on my dashboard?
Where each referral stands, from our first text to their lease, while they rent, and when they're ready to buy, plus each referral fee. Their budget, messages and personal details stay private until they ask to be connected with you to buy.
What if they're not ready to move?
That's fine. We'll stay helpful without pushing, and they stay linked to you whenever they're ready.
What if they're moving somewhere you don't cover?
We'll tell you right away so you can send them to someone who does.
