25% on every lease
Send us a renter. Every time someone you refer signs a lease, 25% of our locator fee goes to your broker.
We take care of them for the whole lease
Tours, move-in, check-ins and renewal reminders, for as long as they rent. We never pitch buying.
You hear first when they're ready to buy
When they tell us they want to own a home, we let you know and refer them back to you. A 25% referral fee comes to our broker when they close.
Fees are paid broker to broker under a written referral agreement. The choice of agent is always theirs.
